Meeting one another at their church, Leanndra wanted to start learning how to play guitar, so Michael offered to teach her. After one of her “lessons,” Daniel, Michael’s brother, recalls during his best man speech that Michael said, “Woah, I’m sweating!” They started dating and had a beautiful testimony of their love and commitment to one another, their family, and especially God.
Michael and Leanndra’s multi colored wedding that was held at their home church, Century Assembly in Lodi, CA, and celebrated at the Brookside Country Club in Stockton, CA, rejuvenated my love and passion for wedding videography once again. Michael and Leanndra’s love story and testimony of their faith was a breath of life for me personally, a wonderful change in perspective of how I will approach weddings in the future, and constantly reminded by seeing the faces of those who were most impacted by the couple.
Emotional First Looks
There were two first looks. One was with Leanndra and her father (will talk more on their story in their full highlight video) and the other was the traditional groom seeing his bride for the first time as she walks down the aisle. The moment was seriously breathtaking. My favorite moment of the day was seeing Michael’s reaction while Leanndra is walking down the aisle to be his wife.
We loved celebrating with these two and cannot wait to share their full highlight video of their multicolored wedding! The weather was pretty windy but worked for the outdoor shots (check out her veil in the first and last clip!). They had a super fun wedding party and emotional speeches. Enjoy their romantic sneak peek of their beautiful day!
